This new facility from Equity Release Advisory Service brings an opportunity that allow's your elderly clients the chance to release capital or income in the most appropriate way for their circumstances.

If you do not currently offer Equity Release / Lifetime Mortgage advice then this will be an ideal opportunity to enhance the services you are able to offer your clients   and generate additional income purely by referral to ERAS. The ERAS help desk is staffed by Mortgage Professionals with a track record in providing Equity Release advisory services to professional introducers. There is no FSA advice responsibility from you the member. ERAS do all the regulated activity on your behalf.

By simply completing a short enquiry form you can earn the following fees:

Your client will be asked for a broker fee of up to £249.00 up front or £399.00 if paid at completion, depending on the total value of the case and its relative complexity, with your agreement. A processing fee of £15 will be deducted before the above % is calculated, this fee may be varied with written notice only.
